As an Investment Analyst with Brunei Investment Agency, Hjh Rafiah gained extensive experience in working with financial institutions in UK, USA, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. This overseas experience was then extended to international education, and the company now works in close partnership with top education institutions in UK, Australia and Malaysia.

Operating since 1997, HRDS is the largest overseas education consultancy in Brunei. Respected by local authorities, both government and private, as well as client universities and colleges, HRDS expanded gradually to now represent almost 90 education institutions in UK, Australia and Malaysia.
